Joshua Snow Hansen; A.S., B.S.

No, he didn’t get boring, he got skinnier. With the help of friend and trainer Kevin Weston, Josh lost over 170lbs. through a rigorous yet rewarding program. Along the way Josh traded in his addiction to Mountain Dew and donuts for the even more addicting act of running. After finishing his first 5K in October 2010, he has plans to run a Half Marathon in July 2011.

Always being a people person, Josh loves sharing his weight-loss story with others in hopes that it may give someone the hope to begin their own journey.
